1. Our products can be classified into 2, Personalized Products and Standard Products. The difference between them is the processing time before shipping.
- Personalized Products: These are products that require you to upload a picture(s) or type in words that you want to be engraved into specially made-to-order products. The processing time would be the handcrafting time displayed on the product detail page. An example is the Spotify plaque which requires 3-5 business days to handcraft. A photo T-shirt requires 1-3 business days. Handcrafting requires a certain amount of time due to the customization work involved. The processing time may also vary on different products due to the workmanship involved.
- Standard Products: Standard items include those that require no personalized involvement. Such as message note boards, capsule letters, galaxy flower rose, etc. Processing time is 24-48 hours.
2. How to get product detail information on MySpotifyGlass.com directly? Let's take the two products PLAQUE, NIGHTLIGHT and refer to the product "DESCRIPTION" below as an example.
- Title of Products: From the title or available selection, you can identify the product category "Plaque" or "Night Light".
- A high-resolution photo is required: When uploading a photo, please pay attention to using a clear photo. Otherwise, it may affect the processing time and the final finished product.
- Expand Product "DESCRIPTION+": On each product detail page, you can get more information such as the material used, weight, dimensions and etc...
- Please note: AFTER uploading a photo, you may adjust the photo's position, zoom in, zoom out, or rotate the position on the product frame to your desired look before clicking the "CONFIRM YOUR DESIGN" button.
