Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

We guarantee all of our products against material and workmanship defects within the 90-Day Warranty period. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Customer Service within the warranty period, we can offer you an exchange, components for replacement or return service. We will be responsible for the shipping fees. 

Please refer to our 90-Day Return Policy, and Return Instructions first, and then please CONTACT US by clicking the chat icon in the bottom right corner with pictures of the damage or problem details, both for the item(s) you received and its SKU (item# on the small plastic bag) for us to locate the problem details and check it. We do need to confirm this issue before we authorize the return. MySpotifyGlass needs these pictures to check the specific reasons, to waive restocking fees or cost in replacement in Returning Rules. 

Before you contact us for help, we would like to share some tips on fixing and the proper care of your items, which can help you quite easily.

1. Why there are scratches on the surface of the plaques/keychains?

As the material for the item is Acrylic, to avoid scratches or broken in transit, we put a piece of film which can be peeled off after you received the package. You can also rub the Plaque gently except for the photo with a soft cloth. And then the dust and scratches during production progress will be removed.

2. How to clean the smudges?

Sometimes, you will touch the item's surface with your fingers after the protective film is peeled, so there are white marks/smudges left. Please try to wipe the marks with alcohol on a soft dry cloth. But please kindly do not wipe the words because the printed words will be removed. 

3. How to scan the code and play the song?

Please kindly note the item itself does not play music. You need to scan the code on the item by Spotify App and add the song to your playlist. Then the song will be played on your Spotify App.

Go to the search bar, touch the camera icon, and then hover the camera over a code on our item.

4. Why the song is not the one I chose?

Have you added the song to your playlist after scanning the Spotify code? Please note that you need to add the song to your playlist. Then the correct song will be played on your Spotify App. To watch the video for instructions, please click here.
